Bailiwick’s has Next NH Growers’ Dinner Event

 

 

Bailiwick’s Fine Restaurant at historic Thayers Inn in Littleton will host the third in the 2008 New Hampshire Growers’ Dinner series on September 15th.  This series of special dinner events, organized by the NH Farm to Restaurant Connection, highlights the use of local farm and food products at local restaurants.

Thayers Inn was opened in 1850 by local businessman Henry Thayer to provide lodging to guests coming via train which arrived in Littleton in 1852. Today the inn offers 40 rooms and suites and Bailiwick’s Fine Restaurant.  For the September 15th dinner, Bailiwick’s Chef Eric has planned a seasonal meal featuring local products from the Littleton Farmers’ Market and other nearby farms.

Growers’ Dinner events are coordinated by the New Hampshire Farm to Restaurant Connection, a program linking New Hampshire farms with New Hampshire restaurant.
