The NH Farm to
Restaurant Connection is pleased to announce the fourth season of New Hampshire
Growers’ Dinners. Growers’ Dinners are
promotional events where all, or most of the foods offered are produced in
The NH Farm to
Restaurant Connection is a collaboration of an ever-growing group of
organizations and individuals, including chefs and farmers (the organization
was recognized by NH Magazine with a 2006 Best of New Hampshire Award in the
Perfect Partnership category). The goal
of the NH Farm to Restaurant Connection is to link
The Growers’ Dinner event is a way introduce chefs and farmers to each other and build awareness of the great variety of NH products available, setting the stage for continued and expanded purchasing of locals foods long after the dinner event is over. The growers’ dinner is also a way to feature local foods to restaurant patrons and help them make the connection between the food on the plate and the farms across our state.
The 2007 series
gets underway this month at Mise en Place in Wolfeboro. On June 27 Chef/Owners
Siobhan McGee and Terry Adrignola will be offering a delightful summer meal
featuring seasonal
