The Old Salt Restaurant to host Grower's Dinner on September 24, 2009
Dinner to feature local organic farm products
The next of this season’s New Hampshire Farm to Restaurant Connection Growers
Dinners will be held on Thursday, September 24 at The Old Salt Restaurant, 490
Lafayette Road in Hampton, New Hampshire.
Located in an historic inn built in the 1700’s, The Old Salt Restaurant, a
member of New Hampshire Made and one of the most popular dining choices in the
Seacoast Region, is committed to sustaining New Hampshire agriculture and
sources much of its food from local farms, fishermen and providers.
Executive Chef Brad Dubin, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America,
has drawn on his wide experience to present an exciting and unique menu for the
event, featuring New Hampshire cheeses and wines, locally grown herbs, fruit,
vegetables and beef, as well as New Hampshire day boat scallops.
