Owners Amy Labelle and Cesar Arboleda grow fruit and vegetables at the beautiful winery and source from local farms for both The Bistro and for the making of preserves, wine and value added products which are sold in their spacious gift shop. Many other items in the gift shop are fashioned by local craftsmen, and a spectacular locally produced wood carving hangs in the dining room. A large patio offers pretty views of the grapes and fields and offers outdoor dining.
Special locally sourced events are held in their function room which increase awareness of local farmers and their diverse products. The winery and Bistro website promotes the farms supplying the restaurant, further supporting New Hampshire’s agricultural community.
Amy and Cesar, along with Chef Eddie Ceccherini are to be commended for their efforts in educating their staff, guests and the public on the importance of sourcing locally and supporting local farmers. By serving fresh local food, they ensure that guests receive the most flavorful and safe products, grown by farmers committed to the taste and quality of their crops and products.
